The lease- contract had run out as well as Agonda Beach unfortunately had developed and it just became too busy and loud there. The unique bungalows from the Designer Bernd Slotta have been copied - going so far that even colour and interior have been duplicated - you can find this in Agonda. After a one year break we started with a new concept. On beautiful Patenem beach we found a proper seaside hill. In harmony with nature and located secluded two new bunglows have been built. Again uniquely in style and even more spacious than before. So "Turtle Hill" was established. Bungalows cannot be overlooked but nevertheless are only a stone's throw away from the beach. Even right now, some well known magazine publishers are interested in our bungolows - a third one is in planning phase.
